“Today the nation needs food, employment, healthcare, and education —
not hatred, but humanity.”
This was stated by Dr. Anthony Raju, Advocate, Supreme Court, and a leading Human Rights Activist of India.
He clearly emphasized:
“The country does not need politics over temples and mosques.
The country needs food, clothing, and shelter.
The country needs complete safety and dignity for women.
The country needs the release of lakhs of undertrial prisoners and speedy justice.
The country needs better and accessible healthcare.
The country needs peace, harmony, and humanity.”
When the poor go hungry,
when daughters are not safe,
when innocent people spend years in jail awaiting trial,
when patients struggle for treatment in hospitals —
then the real issue is not religion, but human rights and constitutional justice.
“Nation building is not done with bricks and stones,
but with justice, equality, and compassion.”
It is time for the country to prioritize development, education, healthcare, and justice —
that is true national duty.
That is true patriotism.
